Letter to the Buyer

I use buyer-seller communications routed through the title company and because six months into the transaction the buyer, Kyle Billingsley, refuses to disclose his residence and wishes to maintain he lives in "Seaside, north of Monterey", so I cannot use the tools provided by the contracts: NBP's personally delivered and how realtors facilitate conversation.

It's the case that I wear two hats being pro per and here the seller is advising the buyer what his attorney, who is also him, told him. Likewise the attorney communicates with Kyle's attorney who may not communicate with the buyer who has representation, but who is himself.
